TRUTH Hair...

So i have heard great reviews of this new TRUTH hair. It's called "Joey", its kind of has the feel of a fauxhawk with the lenght and beauty of female hair. I have been kind of looking for a fauxhawk styled hair for my avatar so a couple days now. What also is really cool about this hair is the steckes that come with it. Now TRUTH has added some new color like Smurf, Lava, Graph, and honey. All colors that look quiet well this this look. NEW LOOK AND UPDATING

Hallo,

What has been happening with you guys?? Well for me alot has been going on. I just had one of mu first official fashion shows on Thursday. It was for YDEA clothing. My look was called "Lady". It was like a one button-up brown top with cream pants. It came with sunglasses and earrings, but I added names, blonde hair in a pony tail, and calf-high boots. The show wasn't a normal fashion show either, it was in a club setting where each model would go up on a stage they had and did 8-10 poses. I actually had a lot of fun doing it.

Besides thats, I might get to be a model in the adopt-a-family at Christmas show in December. It's be put together all by Lacie Beningborough. I actually was in her modeling academy, Catalyst of Fantasy, before she closed it down. So thats how first heard of Lacie, but then I heard about her show shes doing by my friend and Modeling instructor Glitter Bolissima. She is such an amazing person and great friend. She too is in the adopt-a-family modeling show. So I really hope we both get to be in the actual show.

But i digress, this post is about my new look, thanks to Ms. Bolissima. My new shape is looking more Icelandic/Asian, which i am in love with. I also have changed the hair to be more red (ginger) lol and darker colors. But i still have the blonde hair, which i love love love. Most of the clothing and skin i have now are from the best store in the grid, The Dressing Room. This place has some of the best designers in Second Life, what happens is that these designers will give TDR an item of clothing, outfit, jewelry, hair, skin, anything really and TDR will sell the item for under 70L. Yes, you can get a well quality skin for under 70L. I couldnt believe it, this skin i have now comes with make-up tattoos, hairbases, and cleavage enhancer.

I know this was a lot for a post, but I wanted to talk about what i've been up to, whats has changed in my life, fashion wise, and modeling oppurtunities that I hope i get to see through.

Heyyy Guys and Gurls,

I am so happy that I got my hands on this amazing dress. Yes, it is the one and only dress that the Ultimate Pop Singer and my idol, Lady Gaga, wore at the 2010 VMA's. This dress was made by the sick Britney Spears and Lady Gaga Second Life Designer, Ashleey Andrew of Ash's Trash. And yes there are two "e"'s in her name.

Just look at the quality of this dress, i mean come on this is one well made dress. I really love the meat shoes that comes with the dress. Like just the attention to the details on this dress is amazing. The only think I added was the fishnets because Lady Gaga seems to wear fishnets all the time now haha..

Bullying Needs To Stop

For the last couple of weeks, recent innocent young people who are gay have committed suicide to get away from the hurtful and unnecessary bullying by people they know and who think that what they are is wrong. I am here to tell you there is nothing wrong with loving a man if your a man or loving a woman if your a woman.

These young people have had to put up with so much bullying and ridicule that they thought the only way out was to die. I am here to say that is the absolute wrong thing to do. It gets better my friends, it truly does. Bullying someone who is out and proud of who they are, makes me sick. What give that person the right to torture and humiliate someone just because of who they love. If someone's life is different then their own, that doesnt make them targets, they are just different.

What I am doing to support this is just getting the information out and acting on the behalf of people who are being bullied. I will give you one instance where I, myself was bullied in second life. I was with some friends are a beaches in on the grid. This sim just happened to be a gay beach only. Now I was a girl at the time that I was there, so where the other people I was with. As soon as we teleported in, we were ridiculed and spammed with messages saying get out of our sim, we dont want you here. After all this spamming and ridicule, we were ejected out of the sim by the sim owner or someone who has the power to eject.

How can gay people discriminate against fellow gay men just because we were dressed as girls. How wrong is that? How can they stand up for equality when they themselves discriminate against gay people. That just made no sense to me at all, dose it to you?

Whether here in the virtual world, or out on the streets of RL, support needs to be shown in preventing this from happening more and more. Just knowing that someone, like you, is out there makes everything alot better.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Hey Guys,

So this is a kind of PSA type of post today. I wanted to bring up the topic of Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers that kill womean anual besides skin cancer. So in October, which is known for Halloween, it was named a month dedicated to spreading awareness of breast cancer. During this month, many different charities are held like Race for the Cure and Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Both starting in the United States and going global for everyone to help find a cure for breast cancer.

Please, if you are a women that is reading my blog, please please please get a mammogram. If you can't get a mammogram, the alternative best way would be a self examination. Either in the shower or in front of a mirror. Feel your breast; use your left hand to feel your right breast and the right hand to feel your left breast. This self examination can be used for both men and women.

Remember, early discovery of breast cancer is key and gives the most amount of choices for treatment.

New Dresses...LOVE LOVE LOVE

Hey Hey, IMMM BACK!!

So school has been hecktic for me irl sooooo I really havent had much time to update this. But what im showing you are two dress I am in deep love with.

The first dress is a ultra-cute off the shoulder pink minidress. I like the added sparkly kind of sash tat goes across the chest. I got this dress at The Dressing Room, which is seriously the best place ever. You must go there when you have a chance, seriously. Also I bought there the shoes im wearing. Arn't they the cutest. In both dresses, I have on new shorter hair by TRUTH, I was told it looks like I rolled right out of bed, and it was perfect LOL, thanks Dorian.

The next dress is a very cute black dress that skews out to the right. It has accented with white flowers on the dress and around the waist. Then around the bust are black flowers. Again, I pair this dress with some cute slingback.

Sorry that ive been negeticing this blog, ive been in school for a couple of weeks so ive been getting use to it all over again soooo....yeah but i hope two for the one blog will make it up...

First off, i have this so cute pink jacket i got from this great little building...Its called the Dressing Room, they have uber cheap cute clothing form many of the best designers around. What drew me to this jacket was the shoulders that stick out. I really think it adds a avant garde look to it. To add to this look, i have hair that is longer in the front shorter in the back..think it as a modern reverse female mullet LOL.

I also got this open chest sweater at The Dressing Room. This is a Beige sweater with a glove layer to give it the look of an oversized sweater. What i like about this sweater is that fact that i can put an undershirt on under the sweater. This look is very netural and if you wanted to add color just pop on a colorful undershirt or try the Khaki color sweater, its more a green hue to it.
